ОТМЕНА БРОНИРОВАНИЯ КЛИЕНТОМ И ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ В ЗАКАЗЕ

Отмена бронирования или любые изменения должны будут быть сообщены как можно раньше по электронной почте или по почте, адрес которой указан на чеке бронирования. Отмена заказа может привести к штрафным санкциям, которые зависят от каждой компании.

Как общая норма, существуют следующие штрафные санкции:

За 30 дней до даты въезда - 10% от всей суммы заказа.
От 30 до 7 дней - 50%
Менее 7 дней - 100%

АННУЛИРОВАНИЕ И ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ В ЗАКАЗЕ ФИРМОЙ

В случае аннулирования заказа фирмой по непредвиденным причинам, независящим от компании, и невозможность въезда в размещение, компания сообщит Вам об этом как можно раньше и попытается найти альтернативу, предоставляя Вам новое размещение такого же типа, либо уровнем выше.

Если данная возможность невозможна, либо она Вам не подходит, бронирование будет отменено, и Вам будет немедленно возвращена вся сумма уже выплаченных денег.

В этих случаях последующие требования и жалобы не принимаются.

Выплата гарантий не возможна в случае, если Вы сами отказываетесь от предоставления услуг по предоставлению размещения.

ЗАЩИТА ПЕРСОНАЛЬНЫХ ДАННЫХ

Ваши личные данные будут размещены в папке документов, принадлежащей туристической фирме, с которой Вы заключаете договор об аренде помещения.

Использования данных необходимо для административного процесса по бронированию, поддержания установленных коммерческих отношений, а также для предоставления информации о новых услугах и предложениях.

По правилам выполнения установленных норм, туристическая фирма гарантирует использование необходимых приемов для поддержания должного уровня безопасности обращения с персональными данными.

Таким образом, Компания информирует Вас о том, что может использовать свои права по доступу, проверке, аннулированию заявки в зависимости от Ваших личных данных, отправляя документ, сопровождаемый копией паспорта по адресу, указанному в чеке по бронированию.
